Day 1 Arrival to Rovaniemi airport, on the Arctic Circle
Arrival to Rovaniemi by air. Transfer by regular (not private) airport taxi to your hotel. Free time to visit Santa Claus Village on your own (easy access by bus or taxi from the city centre) Overnight in 3 star hotel Rovaniemi centre with buffet breakfast.

Days 2 - 7 Rovaniemi - Luosto
Morning at leisure in Rovaniemi - In the afternoon transfer by bus north to Luosto, stopping directly by the hotel. Our chosen accommodation has 28 spacious and comfortably furnished rooms, some with fireplace. Standard room size is 25m2, and family rooms are available at 28m2. There is a lobby bar with open fire and an open-plan restaurant with grill.

During your stay here you will experience:
In Search For The Northern Lights - By Snowshoe - Snowshoe trek by night to find the best spot for admiring the Northern Lights. Hot drink included.

Cross Country Skiing School - Learn the basics of cross country skiing whilst enjoying the atmospheric winter surroundings. Includes instruction and all necessary equipment. Total duration 2 hours.

Husky Safari - Transfer by car to a husky farm. Meet the yelping dogs and take an extended 1 hour ride with a team of huskies. Grilled sausages & hot coffee are served round an open fire. Return to the hotel by car. Total duration 2 hours.

Day 8 - Journey home Take the morning bus back from the hotel to Rovaniemi airport. Flight home via Helsinki.
